Funding for Senior Services' programs and activities is provided by:
- Federal and state grants
- County funding
- Client donations for services received
- Fundraising projects
- Program fees
- Tax deductible donations from individuals and corporations in the community (Legacy Gift Program)
Legacy Gift Program
Senior Services is committed to providing quality programs and services to older adults in our county, most at no charge. We are also committed to planning ahead to meet future needs. To do this, donations are needed and appreciated. By making a tax deductible donation, businesses or individuals become part of our Legacy Gift program. Gifts of cash, property or real estate can be made as an outright donation or as part of estate planning. Senior Services also accepts gifts to our Endowment fund through the Davie Community Foundation.
