The NCBC is an inclusive community reading club integrating persons with intellectual differences. We select books from juvenile fiction on topics of interest to the club members. Currently we are continuing to read "Cracker-The Best Dog in Vietnam" by Cynthia Kadohata. We expect to finish this book by the end of Jan. or mid Feb. of 2019. Then we'll begin a Spring session from Feb. to May.

An opportunity for families to interact with others using board games and building toys in a relaxed atmosphere. Parents/caregivers supervise their children's play and clean-up of materials used.

Ranger is a live Tail Waggin' Tutor certified by Therapy Dog International. He patiently listens to children read. We recommend children prepare a selection that takes about 10-15 minutes to read. Email Miss Julie to schedule an appointment.
