The COVID-19 vaccine clinic scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 27 from 1-4:30 pm is for second dose Moderna recipients. Participation in the second dose clinic requires that you received your initial dose of Moderna through Davie County Health and Human Services on either Dec. 30 or Dec. 31. Please be sure to bring the vaccine record card you were provided with at your initial vaccination. PLEASE NOTE, those receiving first doses elsewhere will be turned away.
The COVID-19 vaccine clinic scheduled for Friday, Jan. 29 is for frontline healthcare workers and for individuals over the age of 65 needing their first dose of vaccine. Vaccine administration will begin at 10 am and will be handled on a first come, first served basis. We anticipate 400 doses will be available- the clinic will last until vaccine supply is depleted. This much smaller supply is due to NCDHHS having limited vaccine supplies for local health departments this week.
Both clinics will be held at the Davie County Community Park at 151 Southwood Drive in Mocksville.
