by clicking this link. It is important that you attend the specific clinic indicated based on when you received your 1st dose. 2nd Dose Clinics will be held on Wednesdays from 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Davie County Community Park, 151 Southwood Drive, Mocksville.
Please note that your 2nd Dose Clinic date may not match the 2nd dose date on your immunization card. This will not impact the effectiveness of the vaccine. We are complying with CDC and manufacturer guidelines to administer vaccine on a safe timeline.
