Davie County Health Department Community Survey
The Davie County Health Department is committed to serving our community and would like your suggestions.  Clients and community members may fill out the survey (link below) and email or postal mail to the addresses provided on the form.

Board of Health
The Board of Health meets quarterly for updates on the Health Department.  The Board also uses this time to review the Health Department's needs and to cast votes as needed on items to be approved.  The meetings are held in the Health Department conference room and begin at 6:00 pm.  The public is invited to attend.  (Note:  You will enter through the back of the building and down the stairs.)  The 2013 meetings are scheduled as follows:
